Victoria ruled by Bracks gets over 400 million dollars in speed fine revenues. They do it theology thru weasel tactics like putting theology speed cameras in speed trap areas. Meanwhile they couldn’t give a shit when old people get bashed by drug junkies or are too scared to deal with ethnic crime. Better to chase after ordinary citizens who went a few ks over the limit in a 60km zone up a hill then to do real police work.
